Intelligent Space
The Intelligent Space Group views entire rooms and facilities as single, integrated intelligent systems, researching technologies that autonomously deliver user-requested life support services. First, we gather spatial information, including user states and environmental changes, through distributed intelligent devices. Next, utilizing scene graphs and Large Language Models (LLMs), we verbalize events occurring within the space to understand the user's explicit and implicit needs. Finally, we control various robots and devices to deliver the appropriate life support services to the user. Through this research, we aim to create comfortable, secure environments where users can interact naturally and effortlessly, without specialized operations.
